The turn off is at Coomandook is on the eastern edge of town (Left turn coming from the Adelaide). The local school is on this corner. The road is bitumen for a short way ( 1Km ) then goes to gravel for another 1Km, where you turn left onto "Ballard Road" From here you pass the homestead on your left, before a right hand curve. You should be able to see jumps to your left before you go around a left hand curve, after which you will pass some ruins on the left. You will pass some "Pig Sheds" on the right hand side, then another set of right and left curves. A turnoff to the right near a scrubby area should be sign posted on the day. |
